Cancellation & Refund Policy

Bhartiya Institute of Technology, Shohratgarh processes admission payments through its authorized service provider ALAG INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to payments made through this channel.

Important Note

• Admission fees once paid are strictly non-refundable.
• After confirmation of admission, no request for cancellation or refund of any kind will be entertained.
• Once payment is made, no amount will be refunded under any circumstances.

Exceptions (If Any)

Refunds will only be considered in case of duplicate transactions or technical errors that are verified and approved by ALAG INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS and Bhartiya Institute of Technology. Such refunds, if approved, will be processed within 6-8 business days to the original mode of payment.
